Choose the Querydocumentdelete subquery.

Locate the code between the “MeetingPlace Begin” and “MeetingPlace End” comment lines.

Choose Edit > Copy.

Select the code (including comment lines, for later identification).

Switch to mailx.ntf.

Choose Edit > Paste.

Paste the code in the corresponding subquery in the Database Script library in mailx.ntf.

Save the mailx.ntf template.

Sign in to the IBM Lotus Domino Server as an administrator.

Open IBM Lotus Domino Designer.

Open the mailx.ntf and mailxx_xMP.ntf templates.

Choose Form > Shared Code > Agents in the mailxx_xMP.ntf template.

Choose Edit > Copy.

Select MPSendInvitations.

Switch to mailx.ntf.

Choose Edit > Paste to add the agent to the Forms > Shared Code > Agents section of the mailx.ntf template.

Save the mailx.ntf template.

You must migrate users to the new Cisco Unified MeetingPlace mail template before they can schedule Cisco Unified 
MeetingPlace meetings from their IBM Lotus Notes calendar.
