Make sure that the mailx.ntf file is deleted; otherwise, IBM Lotus Notes assumes that you have two templates 
claiming to be the standard IBM Lotus Notes mail template and displays warning messages.
Step 3
Restart the IBM Lotus Domino Server.
Step 4
Change the database properties of the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace-specific mail template after the server restarts:
a.
Choose File > Application > Properties.
The system opens the database window.

Select Design.
c.
Change the name of the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace mail template:
How to Update the System to Use the New Template
The system automatically starts using the new template the next day. However, you can manually have the system start using 
the new template at any time if you do not want to wait until the next day.
Caution
Completeing this procedure can temporarily affect the performance of the IBM Lotus Domino Server. We 
recommend that you do this during non-business hours.
Manually Updating a Single System to Use the New Template
Before You Begin
Sign in as an administrator to the computer where you plan to perform the manual update.
Open IBM Lotus Notes.
Procedure
Step 1
Select Mail.
Step 2
Choose File > Application > Refresh Design.
The IBM Lotus Domino Server immediately starts using the new template.

Delete the current template name and enter StdR60Mail, which is the name of the standard IBM Lotus 
Notes mail template.
mail70_xMP.ntf
Delete the current template name and enter StdR70Mail, which is the name of the standard IBM Lotus 
Notes mail template.
mail80_xMP.ntf
Delete the current template name and enter StdR80Mail, which is the name of the standard IBM Lotus 
Notes mail template.
mail85_xMP.ntf
Delete the current template name and enter StdR85Mail, which is the name of the standard IBM Lotus 
Notes mail template.
