Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Release 8.6 supports three deployment modes: WebEx-scheduling,
MeetingPlace-scheduling, and audio-only. You must choose your deployment mode at the time the
system is installed. Release 8.6 does not support the ability to change the system mode once configured
without reinstalling the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Application Servers.

Firmware Update for Cisco MCS 7835-I2 and 7845-I2 on Web Servers
The Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Windows operating system installation also installs a device driver for
the RAID-controller installed in the server. This device driver is only compatible with selected versions
of RAID-controller firmware and RAID BIOS on IBM RAID controllers. To avoid incompatibility
issues, you must upgrade or downgrade the firmware by obtaining the I2FW9247.iso image at
