Chapter 3 MeetingPlace Web Concepts and Functions
With server-based conferencing, users do not need to know any
IP addresses because each participant connects directly to the
MeetingPlace Web server. As displayed in Figure 3-3, users
simply click the Join Web Conference button from the Current
Meeting page of the MeetingPlace Web interface. Once this is
done, the MeetingPlace WebShare application automatically
launches and the user is connected to the web conference.
