Q: I am in the Meeting Room and click a link in Microsoft Word 
or Outlook. I no longer see the Meeting Room. Why is this?
A: It is likely that this link replaced the Meeting Room in your 
Web browser. Do not click on links in other applications while 
you are in a web conference.
Q: Why am I having problems getting into the Meeting Room 
from my AOL Web browser?
A: The AOL Web browser is not supported for MeetingPlace 
Web. To access the Meeting Room, minimize your AOL browser 
window and rejoin the web conference using a supported version 
of Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
End User MIME Types
Q: What if I click on an icon and the browser responds with “this 
MIME type is unknown?”
A: Check that the MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail 
Extensions) type associations are properly defined on both your 
Web server and Web browser. 
Determine the MIME types based on the types of documents 
commonly used in your organization, such as Microsoft Word 
(.doc extension), Excel (.xls extensions), Power Point (.ppt 
extensions), etc. 
SSL Security Warning Dialog Box, “Name does not match the 
certificate”
After a SSL certificate has been applied to the MeetingPlace Web 
web site, a user enters the following URL in his Web browser: 
Https://Computername.latitude.com
. When the user attends a 
meeting and clicks the “Join Web Conference” button from the 
Current Meeting page, the user receives a Security Warning that 
“Name does not match the certificate”, even though a SSL
