certificate has already been applied to the MeetingPlace Web web 
site.

1.  Once you have logged on using your MeetingPlace user ID 

and password, open the Admin page.

2.  In the upper right hand of the page, click the Admin link. 

Next, click the Rollover Administration link.

3.  From the Admin page, select the Web Server radio button.

4.  In the Host Name field, enter the Fully Qualified Domain 

Name of your web server. If this field contains just the host 
name of your Windows server, change it to the FQDN, such 
as meetingplace.company.com.

5.  Click the Submit button.

Q: How do Time Zones Work?

A: Before a user logs in to MeetingPlace, the Public Meetings 
area displays times based on the time zone of the guest profile. 
The Quick Schedule form defaults to the time on the user’s PC. 

Once a user logs into MeetingPlace, the time that appears on the 
scheduling form and in the Browse Meetings area is based on the 
time zone specified in their user profile. 

Make sure that the meeting is over. The recording will not 
become available until the meeting has ended. 

Note: This value must match the value where the SSL certificate 
has been assigned.
