Schedule a test meeting to check the audio conversion 
process. The success or failure of this test will give you more 
information as to the cause of your problem.
Open the MeetingPlace Eventlog (on the MeetingPlace Web 
server, right-click the MeetingPlace icon in the system tray 
and select “eventlog”).
Schedule a test meeting. Join the meeting and start recording.
Terminate the meeting after a few minutes (from 
MeetingTime or the Meeting Room).
In the Eventlog window, verify the following activity pattern 
(the ID and file names are shown only as examples):
Updating the Meeting with Conference Id=536894678
Retrieving attachment, 
FileName:C:\Latitude\MPWeb\Meetings\536894678\MtgRec_203
04.mpv
Conversion from MPV to RA is Queued for MtgRec_20304.mpv
Success:  conversion from mpv to ra
Deleting file: 
C:\Latitude\MPWeb\Meetings\536894678\MtgRec_20304.mpv
Q: The MeetingPlace Web Administrator log is showing that 
attachments cannot be downloaded from the MeetingPlace 
Server. What is the problem?
A: MeetingPlace Web currently does not support NAT (Network 
Address Translation). If you ping the host name of the 
MeetingPlace server in the MeetingPlace Web network, it returns 
the MeetingPlace Server’s IP as 170.xxx.xxx.xxx. However, if 
you ping or do a nslookup of the MeetingPlace Server from the 
MeetingPlace Server’s network and you get an IP of 
172.xxx.xxx.xxx, that means the MeetingPlace Web gateway uses
