Connecting to the MeetingPlace Web Server
When a meeting is scheduled to begin, MeetingPlace sends a
message to the MeetingPlace Agent Service. The MeetingPlace
Agent Service then instructs the MeetingPlace Web engine to
initiate the meeting. Once the meeting is initiated, MeetingPlace
WebShare is downloaded inside of the Meeting Room, enabling
users to connect to the MeetingPlace Web server.
