If you need to change the default settings that appear on your 
MeetingPlace scheduling form, you can open your calendar 
preferences and:

Change your MeetingPlace user name and password

Select a new default MeetingPlace server

To open your calendar preferences:

1.  From the Calendar desktop, select Actions | Tools | 

Preferences. The Preferences window appears.

2.  Select the MeetingPlace tab. Any changes you make will 

appear as the new default values on your MeetingPlace 
scheduling form.
