Saving Meeting Notifications in the Inbox
If a user’s e-mail Inbox is configured to delete meeting
notifications after they have been accepted or declined, the user’s
Notes calendar will be the only place that contains information
about the meeting. If the user does not use their Notes calendar,
they should reconfigure their e-mail Inbox to save meeting
notifications.

To configure an e-mail Inbox to save meeting notifications:
1. From the Calendar desktop, select Actions | Tools |
Preferences. The Preferences window appears.
2. Select the Calendar tab, and then select the Autoprocess sub-
tab.
3. Uncheck the box titled Remove Meeting Invitations from my
Inbox After I Respond to Them.

4. Click OK.
