3.  If these services are not running, restart them. If you are 
unable to start the MeetingPlace for Notes service, make sure 
the MeetingPlace account has been set up to use the new 
MeetingPlace mail template. For more information, refer to 
the post-installation steps at the end of Chapter 3.
Check 2—Verify that the MeetingPlace for Notes gateway is 
logging into the MeetingPlace server and the Domino server
Open the Gateway SIM Event Viewer and look for errors:
1.  Turn on verbose logging for the Event Viewer: 
Open the MeetingPlace Gateways Configuration utility 
(Start | Settings | Control Panel | MeetingPlace Gateways 
Configuration), 
Select the Notes Gateway tab.
Place a check in the Verbose Logging box, and click OK.
2.  Right click on the MeetingPlace icon located in the status 
area of the task bar, and then select Event Log. The Gateway 
SIM Event Log appears.
3.  Stop and restart the following services:
MeetingPlace Notification Gateway
MeetingPlace Agent Service
MeetingPlace icon
