Troubleshooting
This section explains how to troubleshoot problems that may 
occur after installing MeetingPlace for Notes. The topics covered 
in this section include:
What to do First—provides information on the first things to 
check if you notice any issues
Resolving Scheduling Errors
Resolving Cross Certify Errors 
Resolving Attend Link Problems
Resolving Meeting Attachment Problems 
Resolving Meeting Notification Problems
What to do First
If you experience any scheduling, attending, or notification 
problems, perform the following three checks to make sure the 
MeetingPlace for Notes gateway has not lost any of its 
connections. If you still experience the same problem after 
performing these checks, refer to the other troubleshooting topics 
in this section. 
Check 1—Make sure the Windows services for MeetingPlace 
for Notes are running:
1.  Open the Services screen (Start | Settings | Control Panel | 
Services).
2.  Make sure the following services are running: 
MeetingPlace for Notes Gateway
MeetingPlace Agent Service
