Defining user groups
1.
Using MeetingTime, log on to MeetingPlace.

In the MeetingTime reception room, click the Register Book.

About user profiles
After you define the user groups, create the user profiles. Before you create
user profiles, be sure you have the following information about each user:

When the Reservationless Meetings feature is turned on, new profile
numbers cannot match existing meeting IDs. If you try to create a profile
number that matches an existing meeting ID, the system notifies you of the
