Function „Pairing“
Each radio camera must be logged on to the screen/DVR; otherwise, reception of the AV signal of the radio
camera is not possible.
This login process is also called „Pairing“.
Each radio camera can be logged on to only one screen/DVR for reasons of safety. It also is not
possible to play back the AV signal of a radio camera on two screens/DVRs.

Only one radio camera can be logged on to each channel of the screen/DVR. If a radio camera
has already been registered at a channel, a new registration of a new radio camera will overwri-
te the present one.
Since only 10 seconds are available for logging on for reasons of safety, the screen/DVR and radio came-
ra should be in direct proximity to each other. Alternatively, the login process must be performed with a
second person.
Proceed as follows:
•  Use the buttons „4“ and „6“ to pick the function „Pairing“ and then push „
“.
•  Use the buttons „4“ and „6“ to pick one of the four channels now.
•  Push the button „
“ and a time display appears, counting down from 10 to 0.
Within these 10 seconds, the square button in the housing (19) in the radio camera‘s cable must be pu-
shed briefly (about 1 second).
If the radio camera was recognised properly, „Pair Success“ (= pairing process successful) appears in
the display of the screen/DVR and then the camera screen.
If the radio camera is not found (e.g. out of range or the button is not pushed within 10 seconds), „Pair
Fail“ appears (= pairing failed).
•  If  pairing  failed,  restart  it  (select  one  of  the  four  channels  with  „8“  and  „2“  and  push  the  button
“).
•  To cancel pairing, push the button „MENU“ repeatedly to return to the respective previous menu or to
leave the OSD menu.
Function „Quality“
Here, you can set the resolution (VGA = 640 x 480 or QVGA = 320 x 240 pixels) in which the recordings on
the memory card are to take place.
Proceed as follows:
•  Use the buttons „4“ and „6“ to pick the function „Quality“ and then push „
“.
•  Use the buttons „4“ and „6“ to switch between „VGA“ (= 640 x 480 pixels) and „QVGA“ (= 320 xx 240
pixels).
•  Confirm the setting with „
“.
•  If required, push the button „MENU“ repeatedly to return to the respective previous menu or to leave the
OSD menu.
