To rename a data field:
1. Double-click the field you want to rename. The Rename dialog box appears

2. Enter a new name, then click OK.
Show Duration
For Agent Desktop, the Show Duration feature is enabled/disabled on the Accessibility
Options tab in the Preferences window.
