media. This is useful when UDP traffic from browsers is blocked.

From version 2.0.4, the default configuration of the TURN server has changed. By default, the
TURN server now listens on port 3478 for TCP communication from the Call Bridge, instead of
port 443 as in previous releases. If you are using the TURN server in your deployment, then you

2.4 XMPP server

Customers who are using Cisco Meeting Apps require an XMPP license installed on the server(s)
running the XMPP server application. The XMPP license is included in the Cisco Meeting Server
software. You will also need a Call Bridge activated on the same Meeting Server as the XMPP
server.

The XMPP server handles the signaling to and from Cisco Meeting Apps, including the WebRTC
app. If you are NOT planning to use the Cisco Meeting Apps for PC, iOS (iPhone and iPad), Mac
or WebRTC Client you do not need to enable the XMPP server, disregard all sections referring to
the XMPP server.

2.4.1 Deploying Cisco Meeting Apps
