i) Mounting the Flight Controller, Receiver and Flight Battery
The flight controller (1) is attached on the right
of the fuselage with double-sided adhesive ser-
vo tape.
Once you have checked the function of the con-
nected servos and the flight controller, attach
the receiver (2) with double-sided tape or servo
tape according to the figure on the right side of
the fuselage.
The  aerial  wire  (3)  of  a  2.4  GHz  receiver  is
guided  in  the  fuselage  bottom.  It  has  shown
practical to place the aerial thread in a piece of
Bowden cable tube in the fuselage.
In remote control systems with 35 or 40 MHz
technology, the receiver aerials are clearly lon-
ger and must be guided out of the fuselage and
tensioned backwards with a small elastic ring
to the tail unit.
The flight battery (4) is attached to the fuselage bottom with hook-and-loop tape. The position of the rechargeable
battery depends on the centre of gravity and may deviate from the position in figure 12 in practice. Also observe the
notes in chapter „Setting the Centre of Gravity“. Figure 12 shows the plug-in contacts (5) of flight controller and flight
battery.
j) Installing the Canopy
Cut out the canopy along the lines on the for-
med parts of the canopy.
Cut longitudinal slots into the canopy (1) at the
left and right in its front area.
Turn one screw 6 x 1.2 mm each into the fuse-
lage according to the position of the canopy on
the right and left.
Assemble the canopy closure (see also figure
2) (figure 13, item 2).
For this, insert the pusher with spring into the
upper housing shell and close the canopy clo-
sure with the housing lid.
Glue  the  lid  and  upper  shell  together  with  a
drop of superglue.
