g) Assembly Work at Motor and Flight Controller
This chapter describes the assembly work required at the drive. Motor, flight controller and plugs/sockets or
shrink tube for insulation of the electrical connections are not part of the scope of delivery.

See our catalogues or our website at www.conrad.com for matching accessories.
Solder suitable plugs to the connection wires
of the motor (1) (e.g. 3.5 mm bunch plugs) and
isolate them in the rear part of the plug with sui-
table shrink tubes.
Solder the corresponding sockets to the three
motor  connection  wires  of  your  flight  control-
ler (2) (in the figure, the sockets matching the
3.5 mm round plugs are displayed) and isolate
them with shrink tubes as well.
The battery connection cable of the flight cont-
roller should be equipped with a suitable high-
current capable plug connection (in the figure
a T-plug).
If this is not the case, attach, for example, a
T-plug (3); isolate the solder connections with
shrink tubes.
  Important!
When soldering on the two battery connection cables of the flight controller, observe the polarity your battery
uses (plus/+ and minus/-). The red wire of the flight controller must be connected to the battery‘s plus pole,
the black wire to the battery‘s minus pole.
If the correct polarity is not observed and the flight controller is connected to the battery with reversed pola-
rity, the flight controller will be destroyed! There may also be a risk of fire or explosion by the rechargeable
battery! Loss of guarantee/warranty! Also observe the operating instructions for motor and flight controller.
