set ftp password
You need to set the 5100/6100 VDR remember a password to the FTP server that you download
files from by issuing the set ftp password command.
Syntax: set ftp password <password>
Argument:
Syntax: set ftp password <password>
Argument:
password
the password for the FTP server account; must conform to the FTP server
requirements
Example:
In this example, a password to log in with is specified.
set ftp path
You can specify a default path for accessing the image or configuration file on the FTP server by
issuing the set ftp path command.
Syntax: set ftp path <default path>
Argument:
Syntax: set ftp path <default path>
Argument:
default path
Example:
In this example, the 5100/6100 VDR is set to use the default path on the FTP server to C drive in
a folder named “my_files”. The folder my_files is where the 5100/6100 VDR will download
from.
