Syntax
qos cql cql-index default-queue queue-number

Parameters
cql-index: CQL index, in the range 1 to 16.
queue-number: Queue number, in the range 0 to 16. By default, customized
queue number is 1.

Use the qos cql default-queue command to assign a default queue for those
packets that do not match any rule in the CQL.
