When the card type in Cisco Transport Controller (CTC) is changed from DS1_14 to DS1_E1_56 with
a DS1-14 physical card in the slot, the LED in DS1_14 card will show Act(Green) LED, instead of
Fail(RED) LED. This issue will be resolved in a future release.
