You can optimize resource usage by the way you designate port types and

Designating port types
The connection between MeetingPlace and the telephone network is called a
port.The ports that connect MeetingPlace to the telephone network are
classified as access ports. Access ports are the total number of possible
simultaneous connections to MeetingPlace. All ports are automatically
designated as access ports.
