PC requirements
To support 720p RT Video operation, the MOC/Lync client needs to be running on a quad core
processor PC. A dual core processor will support up to VGA resolution. Single core supports only CIF
resolution.

Increasing the resolution of a MOC/Lync client call
When in a call the resolution of the image (size of the picture seen on the screen) can be altered.
Default “small size” – CIF resolution.
Click the
icon and choose “large size” – this uses VGA resolution if the PC supports it.
Click the
icon and choose “full screen” – this uses 720p resolution if the PC supports it.
