The central ICM database resides on the Logger machine. The Purge button lets you modify
advanced settings that determine how the Logger manages the database.
To prevent the central ICM database from growing to infinity, the Logger must periodically
purge old data from historical tables. By default, the Logger runs a purge every day during
which it deletes any historical data that is greater than 100 days old. You can also configure the
Logger to run a daily purge adjustment when the database fills to a defined percentage (the
default is 80%). The Logger also runs a purge any time the database becomes more than 95%
full.
You can change when the purge job executes and how long you want the Logger to retain data
for each historical table. To modify these settings, click the Purge button.
The Purge Configuration dialog box opens.
Step 4
Click Next.

How to Set Network Interface Properties
Step 1
Specify the private network interfaces for the A and (if applicable) B sides of the CallRouter
(Router private interfaces) and Logger (Logger private interfaces). You can use either the
host name or the IP address.
Step 2
Click Next. The Check Setup Information window opens.
