Barcodes
The 3M™ SelfCheck™ System can identify library materials by barcodes as
well as by 3M™ RFID Tags. The barcode scanner is useful during the
transition from barcodes to RFID tags, since it enables the library to schedule
barcode conversions as time and budgets permit. The barcode scanner also
can read barcoded patron cards.
