SENSE:DATA:FIFO:RESET
Clear the FIFO
[SENSe:]FREQuency:APERture
[SENSe:]FREQuency:APERture <gate_time>,<ch_list>

frequency measurement. The gate time is the time period that the SCP will allow for
counting signal transitions in order to calculate frequency.
