Barcode Reader
After installing the Barcode Reader, you must check that it is connected correctly and that
the monitor is configured to read the barcodes. See the User’s Guide for your monitor for
details of how to use the Reader.

1. Using the Reader, read
Test Barcode 1
and then
Test Barcode 2
from the
barcode sheet.
2. Check that
TEST OK5
is printed on the paper.
If it is not, switch the monitor off and on and repeat the test. If it is still not printed,
connect a new reader.
