14.0 E-Map Setup:
The E-Map function is used to lay out cameras on an electronic map. For example, if you have a drawing showing
your building, you can position cameras on it in the locations in which cameras are actually installed. Then, in
‘Live’ mode, you can select a camera from the E-Map, and the DVMS Server will display that camera alone.

To set up and activate E-map:
1. Click
E-Map to activate the E-Map on
the main screen.
2. Position No: Choose the position
number where the E-map will appear.
3. Click
Find to select a bitmap to load as
the E-Map.
4. Click
Go to copy the selected image to
the drawing area.
5. Go
to
Setting to set the positions of
cameras, controls, and/or sensors:
a. Select
the
Camera, then click the
desired position for it on the E-
Map;

Control, then click the
desired position for it on the E-
Map;

c. Select
the
Sensor, then click the
desired position for it on the E-
Map.

6. Click
Save to save the E-Map setup.
To delete cameras, sensors, controls drawn
on the E-map:

2. Click the camera, control, or sensor you
wish to delete.
