Once you are in Search Mode the following screen will appear: 

 

 
To Search by Date and Time: 

By clicking on the following options, you can search one or more cameras: 

Select Year, Month

Select Day that you want to search. A red calendar number indicates 
“viewable” data (i.e., recorded data) while a white number indicates current 
recording. 

Select the Time that you want to 
view.
