2. In the Layout Name field, enter a name for your layout. 

3. Select the desired field from the available fields in the right pane, and 

either click the left arrow button or double-click your selection to move it to 
the left pane. You may select up to 16 fields.

4. To rearrange the order in which fields are displayed in the left pane, select 

a field and click the up or down arrow button to move the field up or down 
in the list.

5. When the layout is arranged to your satisfaction, click OK.

The Layout Editor dialog box closes.

6. In the Enterprise Data window, click Apply to save your changes.

X To edit an existing layout:

1. In the Layout List, select the layout you want to edit, and then click Edit.

The Layout Editor dialog box appears.

2. Make your changes, and then click OK.

The Layout Editor dialog box closes.

3. In the Enterprise Data window, click Apply to save your changes.

X To delete an existing layout:

1. In the Layout List, select the layout you want to delete.

2. Click Delete.

the layout is deleted.

3. In the Enterprise Data window, click Apply to save your changes.
