Within Configure ICM, you can configure wrapup data so that it is required 
when transitioning to the Work Ready or Work Not Ready states. 
However, Agent Desktop cannot detect these settings. It is recommended 
that the Configure ICM settings be left as optional and that the enabling or 
disabling of wrapup data be done within Desktop Administrator.

When creating wrapup data descriptions, follow these guidelines:

Descriptions may consist of up to 40 alphanumeric characters. No 
punctuation or other characters are allowed.

■

Duplicate descriptions are not allowed.

X To enable wrapup data:

Check the Enable wrapup data check box, and then click Apply.

Wrapup data is now enabled. 

X To add a new wrapup data description:

1. In the Description field, type the new wrapup data description, and then 

click Add.

The new description is added to the Wrapup Data pane.

2. Click OK.

Your changes are saved, and the Wrapup Data Editor dialog box closes.

X To edit a wrapup data description:

1. Select the wrapup data description you want to edit from the Wrapup 

Data pane.

The description is displayed in the Description field.

2. Edit the description in the Description field, and then click Edit.

The description is changed and appears in the Wrapup Data pane.

3. Click OK to save your changes.

Your changes are saved, and the Wrapup Data Editor dialog box closes.

X To delete a wrapup data description:

1. Select the wrapup data description you want to delete from the Wrapup 

Data pane.

The description is displayed in the Description field.

2. Click Delete.

The description is deleted from the Wrapup Data pane.
