There are three versions of Cisco Agent Desktop: Standard, Enhanced, and 
Premium. The following chart outlines the features available in each version. All 
features not listed here are present in all three versions.

If your version of Agent Desktop includes Media Termination, Agent Desktop acts 
as your IP phone. Agent Desktop. If your version does not include Media 
Termination, you must have an IP phone to function.
