Backing Up and Restoring Logical
Contact Center Configurations
You can save your configuration settings by using the LCC (logical contact center)
backup and restore feature. This feature backs up everything that is configurable
underneath the logical contact center node—enterprise data fields and layouts,
desktop configurations, work flows, and more.
You can use this feature to periodically archive your configuration for safekeeping, or
just before you upgrade to a newer version of CAD.
NOTE:  You can back up and restore from the secondary Directory Services
in the event that the primary Directory Services is down.
The backup process creates the following *.cfg files and folders in a location you
select:
Audios folder, containing any *.wav files used in Supervisor Work Flow
audible alerts
Icons folder, containing all icons used on the desktops
Macros folder, containing any macro actions you have created
