Synchronizing Directory Services
The Directory Services database should mirror the master ICM agent database. You
can synchronize the agent database between the ICM software and Directory
Services with the Synchronize Directory Services command.

By default, the database is synchronized once every 10 minutes. You can change the
synchronization interval by changing a setting in the DirAccessSynSvr.cfg file (refer to
Service Information, Chapter 3), or you can synchronize the databases manually.

1. In the left pane, select the appropriate logical contact center.
