Backing Up and Restoring Logical Contact Center Configurations

To back up a logical contact center configuration:
1. In the navigation tree pane, select the logical contact center you want to back 
up.
2. From the menu, choose Setup > Back Up LCC Configuration.
The Back Up LCC Configuration dialog box appears. 
3. Enter the path where you want the backup file saved, or click Browse to 
navigate to the location.
4. Click Back Up.
The configuration is backed up and saved to the location you selected. You 
will see a confirmation message that the backup was successful.
To restore a logical contact center configuration:
1. In the navigation tree pane, select the logical contact center you want to 
restore.
2. From the menu, choose Setup > Restore LCC Configuration.
The Restore LCC Configuration dialog box appears.
3. Enter the path where your backup is stored, or click Browse to navigate to 
the location.
4. Click Restore.
The configuration is restored. 
NOTE:  The restore process can be slow.
