Enterprise Data
When enterprise data is enabled on an agent desktop (see 
), information associated with an incoming call is displayed on the agent desktop, 
as shown in 
Figure 19.

NOTE:  Data containing the pipe ( | ) character cannot be displayed correctly. 
Fields containing this character may be blank or truncated. It is 
recommended that you do not use the pipe character in any enterprise data 
fields.
Use Desktop Administrator’s Enterprise Data window to specify what information is 
displayed and how it appears. 
When you select Enterprise Data in the navigation pane, the display pane displays the 
Field List and Layout List, as shown in
