Upgrade Unified ICM/Contact Center 8.x(x)

There is no language selection in Unified ICM/Contact Center 9.0(1). When you run the
ICM-CCE-CCHInstaller to upgrade your system, the system checks the language setting of the
8.x(x) system being upgraded and upgrades the language components to the same language in
ICM 9.0(1).
