If this is your first new template, be sure to first review the information in
Check the Database Connection
Before you create a new template, be sure you have an ODBC connection to the distributor AW database.
Both real-time and historical reports are run against the AW database.
To check the database connection
From the InfoMaker toolbar, click DB Prof (Database Profiles).
