Enable Encryption Using Direct-Attach Drives
1. From the Chambers and Drives screen in the partition configuration
sequence, select Next. The Encryption screen displays.

2. Select the encryption options you want to use:
If you do not need to encrypt data written to the tapes in this
partition, select No Encryption.
To use drive-based encryption, select Drive-based Encryption.
Note:
With drive-based encryption, only one key is allowed per LTO-4
tape. To use a new encryption key on a tape previously
encrypted with a different encryption key, you must first recycle
the tape through BlueScale Encryption, as described in
