Appendix A: Quick Reference Guide

Gather the required site data for your irrigation system and
landscape parameters. (precipitation rate, zone efficiency, sprinkler
type, plant type, soil type, root depth, slope amount and sprinkler
location, etc.)

Setup Controller
1.

Turn the Function Selector dial to Setup.

Using the Lower Line dial set the irrigation start hour .

Rotate the Upper Line dial to select irrigation start minute.

Using the Lower Line dial, select the irrigation start minute.

Rotate the Upper Line dial until you see Set Clock (Year).

Using the Lower Line dial, set the clock hour.

Continue using the Upper and Lower Line dials to set the clock 
month, day, hour, minute, time zone and max active stations.

Call HydroPoint Data Systems Customer Service to activate your
controller at 800-362-8774. Be sure to have the site data worksheet
available.

The Schedule feature allows you to set the water day pattern for 
your irrigation system. There are two schedules, A and B.

To set the day pattern for a schedule:

Turn the Function Selector dial to “Schedule.”

Using the Lower Line dial select the schedule to set .
