16. INDEXER POSITIONING OPERATION
16.12.4 When alarm or warning has occurred

Configure up a circuit which will detect the trouble (ALM) signal and turn off
the servo-on (RYn0) at occurrence of an alarm.

(1) Alarms and warning list
When a fault occurs during operation, the corresponding alarm or warning is displayed. If any alarm or
warning has occurred, refer to (2), (3) in this section and take the appropriate action. When an alarm
occurs, ALM turns off.
After its cause has been removed, the alarm can be deactivated in any of the methods marked in the
alarm deactivation column.
