product should be operated below 10,000 copies per
month 80 - 90% of which are color copies.  Usage
above this range may result in a higher service
frequency (see chart below).

dependent on customer expectation levels of quality,
volume, applications and thruput materials.  Trained
operators can minimize service calls.
