How To Reset a Password or User ID from

1. On the MFP UI, press Forgot Password.

How To Unlock a Printer from the Print
Portal App (Cardless Authentication)

Users may unlock a Multifunction Printer by entering the code shown from the blocking
screen of the printer into the Print Portal app. You must be connected to the same
company account as the printer.
1. Log in to the Print Portal app.
2. Select the Settings indicator (3 bars) on the upper left part of the screen.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Unlock Printer.
5. Enter the code shown from the blocking screen of the printer into the Print Portal
screen of the printer into the Print Portal app. You must be connected to the same
company account as the printer.
