How To Unlock a Printer Using Alternate

Users who do not use the Print Portal app, or do not have Android or iOS devices, can
unlock the MFP from the device. You must be connected to the same company account
as the printer.
1. From the UI of the printer, press Alternate Login.
2. Enter your User Name or User ID, followed by your Password to unlock the printer

First time users have to register at the Xerox Mobile Print Cloud Web Portal.
If Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) authentication is enabled, enter your

Caution
Always log out when you have completed printing to ensure other users cannot access
