Introduction
Enterprise Data Configuration enables you to:

Set up fields and layouts displayed by the Enterprise Data application
■
Assign phones to be monitored by a particular Voice-Over IP Monitor
server

devices within the contact center system

To use either Enterprise Data Configuration application, select the Enterprise
Data node or VoIP Monitor node in the left navigation pane of the Desktop
