For example, suppose that XYZ, Inc. has two call centers, one in Boston and the other in 
Mexico City. At each site, CTI OS (Server and Softphones) is installed. Management has 
decided that each center must use the Softphones in the native language at each site, and directs 
MIS to perform the localization for both sites.

b) Follow the procedure in Chapter 3 to set 
up the project to build the appropriate

Translate “*.mc” File. 
Edit the “*.mc” file, translate all the strings 
in this file and make all entries Language= 
equal to the name of the language, see
