This Escape command is used to get/set the Character/Block Waiting Time for smartcards. The 
wait time is specified in terms of ETU. Once set, the new Wait time will take effect from the next 
card communication. 

 

The input buffer contains the Escape code followed by an 8 bit GET/SET identifier, an 8 bit 
Wait time identifier and a 32 bit Wait time value. BWT must be specified in units of 1.25ms and 
CWT in units of ETU.
