Apex 1 to 5.5 kW Generator

Sets the pin diode 1 latch. Send 1 data byte.

• byte 1 = latch

Note: byte 1 bits on a standard 5 pin unit:

Sets the RF pulsing frequency in Hz. Accepts 
a value of 150 to 50000. Read back with 
command 193.

Sets the RF pulsing duty ON time in 
increments of 1%. This value can range from 
10% to 90%. Minimum On or OFF time is >= 
10uS.

Clears profibus fault and error code register

Requests the generator type; returns 4 ASCII 
characters.
