Keep Track of Time and Billing
If you are using Simply Accounting Pro, you can keep track of
the time you and your employees spend on various tasks or

activities, and can create sales invoices based on the time spent.

1. In the Inventory and Services window, add a record for each
activity you want to track. Be sure to:

If you choose to charge a flat fee for an item, note that
Simply Accounting calculates the flat fee by multiplying
a number of units by the price of the item. If you have
entered the flat rate as the price on the Pricing tab, you
must still enter a number in the Flat Fee field on the
Time and Billing tab to have the amount recorded
