Time and
Billing
Using the timer
If you prefer, you can use the Timer feature to time the
activity. Click Start to start the clock. When you are finished,
click Stop, then Click Apply Time. The value in the Time
(hh:mm:ss) field automatically appears in the Actual Time
field. Note that the item must have a check mark in order for
time to be applied this way, and the check mark disappears
after you apply the time.
Billable time
The billable time is the time associated with the status listed
(Billable, Non-billable, No Charge, or In Progress). If the
status is No Charge, the item appears on the invoice, but the
amount charged is blank.
6.  Repeat steps 3 through 5 for any other activities you want to
add for this employee.
7.  Click Record, and close the Time Slips window.
This information is now available when you enter a sales invoice.
Invoice the Customer

customers who have time slips activities to be invoiced.

add all billable items to the
invoice.
